Here's is my favorite stitching place ......
and this was what I was working on - for the Valentine's Blog Hop, ha! when I thought I'd write this post (I know, it's been a while! I've been making pincushions and trying to finish work for my handicraft group's exhibition) .
If you visit regularly you might know I didn't finish the above in time and instead showed this as my piece for my Secret Stitching Sweetheart (you can see the Blog Hop HERE )
and on my blog you will have seen:
belonging to Carla of Alaska Wolf Pack

But back to the present time, and here's "The Boss" keeping an eye on me ..... well, I think he's giving me the evil eye actually
as he thinks I shouldn't be stitching and he should be sitting on my lap, NOW!!
Anyway, now you know where I'll be stitching this evening with my little "helper" and I'll be working on one of these projects:
Are you stitching tonight? And if "yes" what are you making?
I hope to be back soon with some finishes!
Until next time,
Hugs,
Barbara xxx

Your sewing spot looks very cosy, Barbara. My your chair looks comfy. The "Boss" is rather adorable. If your lap is not available I am sure he will find another spot in which to nap. You have some pretty works in progress there. Happy Stitching.
Hi Barb you do such beautiful work my friend, love your stitching spot it looks very comfy, lol laugh that the boss keeps an eye on you xx
What a great stitching spot, especially with your helper - I'm sure he's keeping the frogs away!
Great projects, I'd want to work on them all.
When I first saw your post title, I thought, but I haven't posted it yet!😝
But I will be shortly.
Nice to see your stitching spot! I love your black cat companion.
Your sewing spot looks very cosy and relaxing, beautiful work Barbara :-)
Looks like a nice comfy, cosy sewing corner Barbara. xx
I agree with the above comments, your sewing spot looks very comfy and inviting especially with the Boss. Your projects look interesting, especially the envelope. I´ll be stitching something tonight for Jo´s Easter Blog Hop as I have to send it off to my daughter on Monday.
I always envy stitchers who can sit next to the fire! Best I can do is under a trillion blankets and three purring helpers. They give the stink eye too if denied lap time. Nothing like a black cat's though! Love your little name badge; that is so cute!
Will I be working on anything tonight? Maybe, if my husband decides to play a video game. I might snuggle up with him and work on whatever whim screams loudest haha :)
I love your stitching spot. You chair looks really comfy and it's ideal to have the light behind. Your projects are looking lovely too :)
What a cute helper! Very nice stitching spot too.
I love the "Boss", Barbara! I love cats!!!!!!!!
Happy stitching, my dear friend!!!
Such a comfy stitching spot. All your projects are lovely specially the mail envelope one.
My cat has to sit in my lap when I stitch.
Nice spot to stitch, much like my own. My chair is a recliner with plenty of room for Max to lay near my feet, his head resting on my leg.
xx, Carol
Your stitching chair looks quite comfie! And surely there's room for your 'Boss' too. I usually don't stitch in the evenings - the light isn't good enough in our living room so my stitching happens in the daylight hours. Evenings are for knitting, crocheting and reading.
The boss does not look impressed at all.....
Looks like a lovely sewing corner, even with the Boss staring at you like that!
Love that Stitching spot. I'm sitting on the long corner of a cornered sofa and today I'm Stitching on a Haed.
Hi Barbara! I love your sewing spot. It looks comfortable and everything you need is right there. All of your projects are great. Have a wonderful week. RJ@stitchingfriendsforever
nice job
I love your cozy stitching corner, Barbara, and you have a lot of natural light during the day. I would craft with natural light only, if I could, but I do most of my crafting in the evenings :-) I'm intrigued by the cross stitch envelope, looking forward to seeing what you make with it. And, also, I didn't get a chance to wish you Happy Easter as I'm shamefully behind on my blog reading. I hope you had a wonderful weekend.
